Subscription and Cancellation Policy

We will charge your credit card with the two-year membership fee at the start of your membership. We will continue to charge your credit card on an biennial basis until you cancel your membership.

So for example, if you joined on Feb 5, 2011 your credit card will be charged on Feb 5, 2013; Feb 5, 2015; Feb 5, 2017; and so on until you cancel your membership.

We will send you a courtesy reminder by email when fees become due prior to that fee being charged to your credit card. You may cancel your membership with us without incurring a cancellation fee by logging into Leadership Rewired (www.rewired.org) at any time with your username and password, clicking Help and then clicking on “Cancel my Subscription.”

Upon cancelling your membership, no further fees will be charged.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with the Leadership Rewired program, you can receive a full refund within 72 hours of signing-up.

To do so, please email team@rewired.org with “Satisfaction Guarantee” as the subject line. This will timestamp your request and one of our team members will handle this for you as soon as possible.

If you do not email us within 72 hours of your sign-up time, then we cannot provide a full refund under our Satisfaction Guarantee and your request will be handled in accordance with our Subscription and Cancellation Policy (i.e. you will be charged for the first two years’ subscription, but after those first two years your subscription will be cancelled and you will incur no additional charges)
